Pocket Card Using My Craft Studio Lilac Dreams Download by Kath W
You will need:
- My Craft Studio Lilac Dreams artwork download: Backing Papers 001,011,022, Tag 097, Topper Sheet 003, Fairy 079 & florals
- Craft Master 250gsm Pure Print paper
- A4 Kraft card
- Guillotine/trimmer
- Glue/double-sided tape
- 3D glue gel
- Purple ribbon
- Foam pads
- Glitter
Step 1 Using My Craft Studio, reduce in size the elements, tag, fairy, etc. Making sure they will fit on an 7 x7 card base.
- Step 2 Print the backing papers and images onto Craft Master Pure Print paper.
- Step 3 Fussy-cut the elements ready to assemble onto the card.
- Step 4 Prepare the card base by cutting 3 pieces of Kraft card to 7×7”, score one piece at the top 1” down, glue together with one of the other pieces to create an 7×7” tent-fold card. Cut the other piece of Kraft card diagonally from top left to bottom right.
- Step 5 Cut the mats & layers as for the back section of the front of the card as follows. Pink: 6 3/4” x 6 3/4” Butterfly pattern: 6.5” x 6. 5” attach to card using finger-lift tape or glue.
- Step 6 Attach foam pads to the 2 edges of the diagonal piece of Kraft card, and stick on-top of the card base.
- Step 7 Cut pink card at 6.5” x 6. 5” cut diagonally from top left to bottom right, glue to the card. Do the same step with the floral card, this time cut down to 6×6”(cut diagonally) and stick to card.
- Step 8 Cut a hole at the top of the tag, thread ribbon through. Stick two of the cut-out hearts to the tag, one at the front, and one glued to the back. Slide into the card pocket.
- Step 9 Decorate the rest of the card with the other elements, using 3D glue gel (see photo for positioning).
Your card is now complete (just add glitter!)
