Payments & Delivery

Payments

You can pay on our website with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, your PayPal account or interest-free with Clearpay. Card payments are securely processed via Worldpay.

Delivery

UK postage & packaging costs £2.95, or FREE on orders over £50. International postage & packaging costs £6.95. These amounts are regardless of order size.

All direct orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri (some larger items may be shipped with DPD), and we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days, although this will often be faster. Some items may be produced to order and take 5-7 working days for shipping – these are marked on the product as you browse the website.

After you receive a dispatch confirmation email, please allow 2-3 working days for UK deliveries, and 5-15 working days for international.

International orders may be subject to duty or tariff charges from your country’s customs agency – we have no control over these charges and they can vary depending on the items sent. You will either be contacted by Evri for orders sent with them, or your national postal service for orders sent with Royal Mail with options for paying any duties or charges incurred.

Please note that due to current international shipping regulations we are prohibited from shipping items including aerosols outside of the mainland UK.

Some items are sent direct from our suppliers – these are marked with an * on your order confirmation. Items from our suppliers may take 2-3 working days to be despatched, and are shipped by our suppliers’ preferred carriers, usually Royal Mail or Evri.

Downloads

Downloadable products do not incur a postage charge, and are available to download as soon as payment is confirmed. Download links are available on the order confirmation page, your order confirmation email and on the My Account page at any time.
