Twisted Easel Card using The Christmas Jumper Crew by Kath W
You will need:
- The Christmas Jumper Crew artwork
- A4 red card
- A4 silver card
- Characters, papers & sentiments of your choice from The Christmas Jumper Crew artwork
- Scoreboard
- Bone folder
- Double-sided tape / glue
- Scissors
- Bow
- Gem
- Step 1 Reduce the size of the characters in My Craft Studio to approximately 5”x 4”. Print the artwork needed onto Craft Master 250GSM printing paper. Fussy-cut the character.
- Step 2 Cut A4 red card down to 11” x 5.5”. Score in the centre to create a 5.5” tent fold card. Score from the right-top corner to the bottom left corner, crease the folds with a bone folder to create the twisted easel card.
- Step 3 Cut another piece of red card down to 5.5” x 5.5 “, add glue or double-sided tape to the bottom left part of the easel card, line the 5×5 top piece with the card base, remove tape and stick in place.
- Step 4 Cut mat and layers as follows. From silver: cut 2 at 5 1/4” x 5 1/4” From verse: cut 1 at 5”x 5”. From holly paper and snow flake paper: cut 2 at 5” x 5”. Tear the snowflake paper to make a border, stick layers to the card.
- Step 5 Glue the character to the edge of the sentiment.
- Step 6 Glue the bow to the bottom of the card to act as the stopper.
