Customers in the UK
Our default delivery service is Evri, with the option to upgrade to Royal Mail services at checkout. Our prices are below:
- Standard (Evri): £3.95
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.95
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.45
Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50, or lower for Club Highlight members. If your order qualifies for free standard delivery, you’ll only pay the difference to upgrade to Royal Mail. For example, on a £60 order Royal Mail Tracked 48 would be £1.00, with Tracked 24 being £2.50.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, although many leave us sooner. Some items may take a bit longer to ship, and this will be shown on the product pages when you place your order. Your chosen shipping method affects the delivery service after dispatch, not how quickly we process your order.
Delivery aims are:
- Evri: 1-3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days
Where available, Evri parcels will be sent using their Next Day service – this can depend on delivery area or parcel size. Please note that these are delivery aims provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.
Items shipped directly by our partners (such as Pearlywinks and Debbi Moore) will continue to use their preferred carrier, usually Royal Mail, and will be charged at our standard shipping rate of £3.95 (or free if your basket qualifies).
Some products have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight or contents. In these cases, only the available shipping options will be shown at checkout. A small number of items require specialist carriers and will also be charged our standard shipping rate.
Customers outside the UK
International shipping is calculated based on the weight of your parcel. All international orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked, giving you fully tracked delivery from dispatch to delivery.

Due to recent changes to EU customs, and increases in the charges to customers in the US, we are introducing the ability to pay a contribution towards customs charges at checkout. Orders placed using this option will be sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, helping parcels move through customs more smoothly without additional charges on delivery.
For customers in the United States and Germany, this will be mandatory due to local customs requirements. For other eligible countries, it will remain optional until we are advised otherwise by Royal Mail.
Because of the varying customs and tax rates on different products and different countries, we will be charging a flat rate and reviewing as necessary.
- US customers: 15% of the total value of shipped items
- European customers: 10% of the total value of shipped items, plus £2.50 per item type
Orders shipped without paying this charge, and to countries where this isn’t available, may be subject to duty or tariff charges from your country’s customs agency – we have no control over these charges and they can vary depending on the items sent. You will contacted by your national postal service with options for paying any duties or charges incurred.

Downloads
Downloadable products do not incur a postage charge, and are available to download as soon as payment is confirmed. Download links are available on the order confirmation page, your order confirmation email and on the My Account page at any time.
