Some Bunny Loves You by Carley Duff
Hi Crafters, I am excited to be sharing with you a few step by step blogs!
For this cute aperture card I have used
Two Red Robins Some Bunny Loves You die collection
6×6″ White Card Base
Pink Pearlescent Card (Or your chosen colour)
Construction Acetate
Foam Tape
Glue
Red Liner Tape
KitNCaboodle Die Cutting Machine
- Step 1 Take 6×6 white base tent fold card, on to is mat pink pearlescent paper at 5 3/4 x 5 3/4 to base card. (Don’t glue yet!). Cut the wreath frame both inside die and out, in white card. This will be a mat layer for your wreath reflection artwork.
- Step 2 Use the inside outline die of the wreath to cut an aperture through the card base and mat layer. Next cut acetate with outside wreath die. This will act as a window for your aperture. Layer acetate behind frame, adhere with red liner tape.
- Step 3 Download and cut out fantastic reflections artwork. For this design cut 3 wreaths and 1 bunny and any additional flowers.
- Step 4 Add the first layer of reflections to white wreath mat die cut using foam on reverse for a little lift. Tuck bunny in at bottom before adding to base card, he should look like he is peeking out of the flowers!
- Step 5 Decoupage layers of wreath cutting it down every time, layer with foam and shape the layers.
- Step 6 Cut a sentiment in pink card for the mat and white card for the sentiment. Add this to the top right of the wreath.
- p 7 Make the card your own by adding any additional flowers as tuck ins or added layers.
