Off to Craft 4 Crafters Show, Westpoint Center Exeter

“Please leave the roundabout at the fifth exit onto the M1.”

Not quite sure how this blog post is going to go but Amanda and I are sitting in the car following the instructions of the SatNav. We decided that we would use the microphone to dictate the blog post, but the lovely lady who tells us where to go, also listens to the microphone. Actually I don’t think she’s a lady. I think she’s a bot – “now keep left” keeps interrupting us. We have no idea where we are going, except in the general direction of Exeter, Amanda‘s holding the phone quite a distance, almost as if it’s hot potato, but anyway we’re about to pull onto the M1 on the way to the Exeter show that’s if the lorry on the inside moves out of the way, so anyway when we get to Exeter we’re going to be at the Craft 4 Crafters exhibition and we’re really looking forward to meeting all of you.

I’m going to be demonstrating some new watercolor techniques and have a set of very beautiful designs to work with. Amanda has got the most amazing tote bag full of goodies and it’s going to be at a silly price!! So you really must come and visitors us on the stand (number 33) and say hello if fact maybe take a picture of your favourite projects before you come down and actually share pictures with us while you’re there. We would be thrilled to see them!

The last time we came down to Exeter, I actually didn’t make it into the show itself. Martin had to come and fetch me and bring me home because I was poorly. Amanda and Mel both caught Covid so you can imagine this trip has been made with trepidation. All that said we’re still excited wondering where the first stop gonna be on the way down perhaps sandwich, piece of cake and a cup of tea who knows what time we’ll get there, but we’re looking forward to it nevertheless.

Not sure how successful this has been but will send it to the lovely Hannah, who posts all of our blog posts and see what she thinks. In the meantime we’re trying to take photos for you so that you get to see our journey what you can imagine what we’re doing and what we can see!
