Home Fragrance Simmer Pot Recipe by Kath Westwood

Hello Crafters, today I have a recipe for a home fragrance simmer pot that I would like to share with you. It is all completely natural so no nasty chemicals! My family and I make this for our homes around autumn time the start of the get cosy season ! It’s a seasonal autumnal fragrance that is perfect for this time of year!

You will need..
1 Apple
1 Orange
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 heaped teaspoons of Cloves
2 Star anise
Medium sized Saucepan

Method
Start by slicing your apple and orange, add these to a saucepan and fill with water until half full. Simply add two cinnamon sticks, two heaped teaspoons of cloves and two star anise. Set on a medium to high heat and bring to the boil, once the pot is steaming you can either transfer to a heat proof container and place where desired on a heat proof mat or simply leave on the hob in the saucepan you will soon have a gorgeous smelling home! Crafty hugs from Kath ☺️.
