Festive Flower Class

At the beginning of the week we hosted a class at the Highlight Crafts Academy with a festive twist! Using the Two Red Robins Flower Of The Month Winter Bouquet, Amanda guided the participants through serval different projects featuring these beautiful Christmas dies! Let’s have a little look at what they got up to!

First up everyone got their reflections cut and ready, we did have a giggle over Beckis’ very neat die cut piles! Each of the die cuts were shaped to add detail before work begun on creating the first project, a 12″ wreath using the larger size dies from the collection.

The wreaths came together beautifully, and it was lovely to see each unique take on the same project.

Then we made a table central piece using the smaller dies in the Winter Bouquet collection, practicing similar techniques to that of the larger wreath.

We also made a card and gift bag set – showing just how versatile the whole collection and how beautifully it works together. We used different techniques to create our own decoupage, and a super little trick to create an over the edge card!

The whole class loved working through the different projects and using the die sets. There are also additional colourways available for FOTM Winter Bouquet so your Christmas could be colour themed and coordinated too! IT such a fabulous class, such fun and a joy to teach 😀
