Branching Out Fold Back Scene Card
Hello crafters today I would like to share with you a really simple but very pretty fold back scene card .
You will need
A4 white card stock
A4 black card stock
Printed Scene of your choice ( mine is from water colour scene builder 033)
Two Red Robins Branching Out collection
Buffy rabbit from family favourites vol 4
Glue/gel
Foam pads
Kit n Caboodle 5 in 1 Trimmer
Die-cutting machine
- Step 1 Score and fold A4 white card in half then score and fold again to make your card base, Cut mat and layers as follows From black card cut 1 at 5.5” x 8” Cut 2 at 2 3/4” x 8” From Scene cut 1 at 5.1/4” x 8” Cut 2 at 2.5”x 8”
- Step 2 Glue all the mat and layers in place starting with the black, I used foam pads on the front outer part of the card and the rest I glued flat.
- Step 3 Die cut all the birds bunny and florals , cut 2 of each and glue together to strengthen especially where the die cuts hang over the edge. Start by glueing the birds and branches to the top of the card, hanging the branch over the card gives a nice visual effect.
- Step 4 Arrange the flowers along the bottom of the card don’t be afraid to cut them down this creates a more natural effect.
- Step 5 When you are happy with the composition glue flowers into place and add a sentiment to the front now your card is complete.
I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial please share all your makes in out Facebook groups we would love to see them.. crafty hugs from Kath W😊
