Bargain batch cooking with Amanda!
So, you know when you go shopping and you buy that DEAL? The you get ho.e and think about your choices and what exactly am i going to do with all of this, well!, I decided on a bit of batch cooking. I managed to make 3 meals out of my 9-chicken breast deal.
Meal number one was a chicken curry
Meal number two was the old standby of chicken chasseur
And finally, meal number three i just cooked the remaining chicken for sandwiches, which was so much nicer than buying the pre-cooked wafer thin packeted stuff.
So, do you batch cook? What are your family favourites?…. what are your disasters?
It definitely will be something I’ll be doing again, time saving and money saving is a big thumbs up 👍

I used to have to cook in bulk for the nursery children – so I really struggle to cook small amounts. When I buy mince beef I usually brown the whole packet off with onions then split it into 3
One bowl gets made into a cottage pie, one I make up as a spaghetti bolognese the third a chilli or lasagna varying the other ingredients accordingly 🥰😩🤪
