Art Deco Card Using MyCraftStudio Divine Decadence by Kath W
You will need:
- My Craft Studio Divine Decadence download
- Craft Master Cardmaker’s Club Art Deco Card Template
- Black card stock
- Gold card stock
- Scene 01, Couple 065, Backing papers 008, 010
- Glue / finger-lift tape
- Foam pads
- Glitter
- Sentiment
- Gold gems
Step 1 Cut the Art Deco card base from black card stock (do not assemble together yet). The instructions and mats & layers are available when you purchase the template from the Highlight Crafts website.
- Step 2 Print the artwork needed, you will need to resize the scene and the couple in MCS (approximately 7×7” for the scene and 2×4.5” for the couple) so that it fits inside the last layer of the front of the card.
- Step 3 Cut the first layers for the card from gold card stock. Glue into position.
- Step 4 Glue the second layers (gold & black patterned paper) into position, and finally the scene in the middle of the card.
- Step 5 Fussy-cut 3 fan shapes from the gold pattern paper, and glue to card. Now you can add the stand to the back of the card.
- Step 6 Add a sentiment, gold gems, and glitter to finish.
I hope you have fun making this card!
