8×8 Aperture Card Using In The Studio Wedding Bells by Kath W
You will need:
- 8×8 card blank
- In The Studio Wedding Bells collection
- Scene 018 from Two Red Robins A Moment Of Peace
- Pink floral paper
- Silver card stock
- White card stock
- 3D glue gel / foam pads
- Circle dies
- Step 1 Print and die-cut reflections, scene and floral paper.
- Step 2 Cut layers as follows: silver card 7 3/4” x 7 3/4”. Pink floral 7 1/2 x 7 1/2”. White 7 1/4” x 7 1/4”. Scene 7 x 7”.
- Step 3 Line the scene on top of the white layer, tape the nested circle die in place, remove the white layer, and die-cut the centre. (Save the circle scene to add back on the card)
- Step 4 Repeat the above step, this time using a slightly smaller die (remove scene then cut). Glue the above layers together.
- Step 5 Add the mat & layers onto the card base, using foam pads and finger-lift tape / glue, start with the silver card, floral, then glue the centre scene back into the middle using the aperture layers as a guide.
- Step 6 Add the reflections to the scene using 3D glue gel (see photo for positioning).
- Step 7 Add a sentiment and your card is complete!
Happy crafting from Kath 😊
