Description
Capella is a water-based, acrylic, fine textured, non-cracking, semi-matte relief paste. It is used on canvas, walls, and hard surfaces to create dimensional effects. It can be applied using a spatula, trowel, stencil, texture art, and free-style techniques.
Acrylic paint can be added without altering the consistency, or painted over after drying. It dries within 24 hours depending on its thickness and weather conditions. Due to its hard texture when dry, it is not suitable for sanding.
