Description
Floral Fringe Centres includes three different thicknesses of fringe options, perfect for creating realistic centres for your florals.
Die-cut each Fringe once so that you have three die-cut pieces. If using crepe paper, stretch each die-cut piece width ways to the full extent that the crepe paper allows. Glue the die-cut pieces together to create one, long continual piece (in whichever configuration you choose). Wrap around a polystyrene ball to create a flower centre. You could also create a centre using a quilling tool instead of a polystyrene ball to create centres for a variety of different florals.
