When purchasing membership of Robin’s Nest (“the Club”), the Member confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Highlight Crafts Ltd. shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the specified services advertised.
2. Members shall have a right to cancel their membership within 14 days by contacting info@highlightcrafts.com
3. Highlight Crafts Ltd. Holds the right to at any time, without notifying the Member, make changes to the specified service.
4. Any other changes or additions to the specified services or to these Terms will be notified to the Member in email by Highlight Crafts Ltd. in advance of those changes taking place.
5. Terms and Conditions of membership may be revised from time to time and members should be aware of the terms and conditions posted on the website. (Last revision October 2021)
6. Membership of the Club is for a Contract Term of either 6 or 12 months – dependant on your purchase – and after this period is subject to payment of the Membership Fee each year.
7. Following the expiry of the Contract Term, the Member can renew their Membership paying the Membership Fee for the next Contact Term otherwise Membership is terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. As a Member of Robin’s Nest, the Member agrees to conduct themselves in a caring and compassionate manner, treating other members within any Facebook groups with respect at all times. If the Club should receive a complaint about any Member’s behaviour, it reserves the right to suspend Membership. Such complaints would constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Highlight Crafts Ltd. do not and will not share any information relating to our members with any third parties.

Termination of Membership

1. The Member may terminate the Membership by giving written notice to Highlight Crafts Ltd. If notice is given during the Contract Term, the Member will not be refunded any Membership Fee for the Contract Term.
2. Membership allows access to access certain areas of the Website. If a member decides to cancel their Membership, access will stop.

Services

1. Products and availability of the 10% off Two Red Robin stands at Crafting Live is at the discretion of Highlight Crafts employees
2. Annual collectable pin badge – the first one is received with your welcome pack – after this, it will be sent upon the condition of renewal of your membership
3. Free delivery on £25 orders or over is valid all year round on orders to UK addresses only
4. Access to website exclusives before the general sale is limited to 2 days
